  This was one of the best tours we ever experienced. It was well organized and Antonio made the day very special in his enthusiasm and pride to show us the best these locations had to offer. I had driven many times in Europe, but after seeing how the locals drive, I was thankful to Saverio in his driving skills! I could never have done the same route in the smallest of cars, let alone a full size coach bus. I would highly recommend this tag team. Thank-you!

  We took a Royal Caribbean shore excursion this week to Herculaneum, with tour guide Jose. He was so knowledgeable and passionate about the history and archaeology of the area that the whole site was brought to life. We came away feeling very appreciative and felt we had learned so much. Would thoroughly recommend the company and in particular, Jose.

  We did our tour of Rome in the rain! However, our tour guide, Filippo, made our day as pleasant as possible. I cannot praise Filippo enough. He was not only most knowledgeable, but made all very interesting. Beyond this, he was very warm and funny making a hard day tolerable. He even made the two hour trip back to the ship ( we were all wet and grumpy ) interesting by telling those who wanted to know about the authentic Itailian cousine. My husband says, "I''m Italian - food is my life." So, he really enjoyed Filippo's expounding on this subject.

  We took the Royal Caribbean Freedom of the Seas Portovenere and Cinque Terre tour out of La Spezia and our tour guide was Patrizia on June 1. We also took 4 other tours during our vacation. Patrizia was the most outstanding of all the tour guides. She took very good care of us, made sure we were comfortable and always checked to see we were all on time and present. She was very knowledgeable and we were very happy she was with us for the day.
  
  That was our favorite tour of the entire vacation, and it was due to Patrizia. BRAVO!

  Rosella was our tour guide today (5/30/17) in Naples. She conducted the walking tour and took us to the Bourbonick gallery and also a pizzeria. She was able to answer all of our questions, was friendly, helpful, informative. Had a great sense of humor, and had a fabulous personality.

  Off Royal Caribbean Harmony of the Seas we took the 'Amalfi Coast and Pompei by Land and Sea'. Tour guide was Luigi and driver was Tommaso.
  
  What a fantastic excursion. Luigi was fantastic, so funny and knowledgeable. We still are laughing at some of the jokes he told. Seeing Tommaso drive the bus through the Amalfi Coast was just incredible....we are still talking about that too! All in all a wonderful time and certainly a highlight of our Mediterranean cruise, I would highly recommend Alocschi Bros tours and this excursion in particular to anybody.
  
  On another note, I was so enthralled by the tour that I somehow left my brand new iPhone 6s Plus on the tour bus when we got dropped off back at the port. The phone was only a few weeks old and I was distraught that it may be lost for good as we only had a short time until the ship set sail. Not to worry - we contacted Aloschi Bros who put us in touch with Luigi and Tommaso and Tommaso was kind enough to pull over his bus wherever he was (I'm sure not an easy feat) and found my phone. He was good enough to return it to the office the next day and Enzo and the rest of the team at Aloschi packaged up my phone with the utmost care and had it couriered back home for me. An incredible experience in customer service and one that I will not soon forget. Thank you very much Aloschi Bros!

  Off Holland America ship. Visited Pompeii and had Jose as tour guide. Our second trip to Pompeii and Jose made this experience 10 times better than our first tour.

  August 22, 2015. Our shore excursion was to Cinque Terre. Our tour guide Andrea was one of the best guides we ever had. He was very personable, knowledgeable of the area, funny and kind. We were very satisfied with him.

  We went on the Pisa trolley ride and tour on 27 August 15 while on a shore excursion from Norwegian epic, our tour guide was Alessandro and we were on bus 52. He was so friendly informative and really interesting we had a fantastic time listening to him and he is a credit to your company

  Just back from a cruise holiday which included a tour of Pisa and Viareggio on 24 July. Despite torrential rain that morning, we had a really enjoyable day. The tour guide Luca was excellent and very informative about the area and Italy. Thanks for a great experience.

  Hi Enzo, I just want to say what an amazing company and guy you are. I lost my hearing aid on a bus trip to Pompeii, discovering on our cruise ship that I had lost it. I phone you never expecting to get it back but I had to do something. Not only did you find it but you took the time to track me down and let me know.
  
  Thank you so much for your diligence, I will recommend your business to everyone I come across that needs your services. I look forward to meeting you again next year on our next trip from Australia to Italy

  We transferred from Cunard Queen Victoria on Saturday the 6th of June from Civitavecchia to the Ambasciatori Hotel. The transfer process was very good, we were greeted by Maria Luisa who was extremely courteous and helpful and waited with us until our room was ready. The hotel is excellent in all respects and of course is in a great location. The transfer to Fiumincino airport was extremely efficient and your representative was waiting for us at the airport. All in all we were delighted with the service we received from Cunard and Aloschi Bros

  I am writing to extend my heartfelt thanks to members of your team based in Rome whose names I do not know.
  
  On Sunday 14th September my partner and I arrived at Leonardo da Vinci airport en route to Celebrity Reflection the following day. We were greeted at the airport by courteous and efficient staff and transferred to our hotel by a careful and safe driver who offered us water and refreshments.
  
  On arrival at the Crowne Plaza St Peter’s hotel the ‘Celebrity’ reception team extended a warm welcome, and explained what would happen over the next 24 hours.
  
  They also offered an opportunity to join a tour of the Vatican Museums on the 15th, and we are so pleased that we took up the offer. We were picked up the following morning and taken to Vatican City, and introduced to a wonderful Irish lady who escorted us through the entrance, into the gardens, through the museums and Sistine Chapel and around the Basilica. She was calm in the midst of huge crowds and immensely knowledgeable., and I would not want her contribution to our holiday to go unrecognised; she was marvellous.
  
  The escorted transfer to Civitavecchia after the tour was equally as efficient and well organised.
  
  In terms of your questionnaire I have rated Airport Meet & Greet, Hotel Accommodation, Hospitality Desk, Welcome Letter, Optional Tours, Transfers and Overall Value as Excellent. It was a wonderful start to our holiday.

  When I was a boy of 12 my grandmother and I went on a 15 day "Treasures of italy" tour with Aloschi brothers..We had a driver named Gennaro and a tour guide by the name of Giuseppe Zenna..It was magical 2 weeks that took us from Milano to Naples and Amalfi Florence and Venice..this is a much belated Thank You for opening my young eyes to travel.I have since been back to Italy several times

  I accompanied my mom on a Princess cruise a couple weeks ago. The excursions were great. Incredibly knowledgable tour guides. Didn't expect them to know the all the areas, art, literary, military, political, botany, and everthing else history! Saw Florence, Rome, Naples. Special thanks to Marco in Firenze/Pisa and Bruno in Amalfi/Pompeii. I fell in love with Italy because of my guides and am planning a trip back to Tuscany. Thanks so much!

  We booked from home a shore excursion, from the Port of Naples, to the Amalfi Coast, and then onto Pompeii. The rest of the cruise we did our own thing, and were happy.
  But the Naples tour to Amalfi and Pompeii was simply amazing, and we are so glad we did it. Why I am writing though is to send you some feedback on this shore excursion, all positive too.
  The guide was an infectious young man called "Claudio", man oh man he was excellent. His extremely knowledgeable description throughout the day kept us all right up to date with information.
  
  He was superb, and I venture to suggest MADE the day. I wasn't alone in our feelings here either, many of our fellow cruise friends commented on his professionalism as well as knowledge and enthusiasm. I know nothing more of him that his name, but ask that you pass on our extreme gratitude for making the day.

  Good morning Alex and Valentina,
  
  Rome is absolutely my most favorite city! Not a day goes by that I don't think about our wonderful trip to Rome last July. John and I can't thank you enough for your gracious hospitality you extended to us the four days we were in Rome, from the meet & greet at the airport to the last day being walked to our train seats, you spoiled us! Valentina, you escorted us on the sight inspections, and Stefanie gave us an educational and insightful private tour of the Vatican, Colosseum and Roman Forum. Some day we'll be back.......
  Hope all is well with you and best wishes for a prosperous New Year!
